Good to know before you glow

Most models use 1–8W LEDs at 3000K warm white — designed as ambient and mood lighting, not task lighting. They create atmosphere rather than fully illuminating a room.

Our ambient lamps run on 5V USB‑C (or specified 9V/12V) with Type‑C charging. Regional plug adapters are included where applicable. Always check the product spec before ordering.

Many models feature touch control with stepless or 3‑step dimming and adjustable colour temperature. Product pages list the exact control type for each lamp.

Textured and handmade glass refracts light onto nearby surfaces. Pattern intensity varies with distance, wall colour, bulb brightness and ambient light — results are unique per room.

We use drop‑tested, glass‑protective packaging. In the rare case of damage, send photos within the return window and we will reship or refund. See our Refund Policy.
